Caelus is a witch who has no problem telling anyone and everyone who will listen that magic is real. She opened a small agency to help those who cannot do magic with all of their magic-related problems. She is an extremely powerful witch who do magic without the aid of a wand. She often works cases with her assistant, Aster.
